VIVIANNE ANTONIEVICH
Vivianne provides innovative and efficient talent acquisition solutions focusing on creating inclusive, diverse, and equitable work environments. With extensive agency and internal experience, she recruits at all levels of seniority within a range of technical and commercial settings - spanning clean energy, environmental and water engineering, and all aspects of ESG. In Australia, Aotearoa New Zealand, and the UK, Vivianne has built high-performing business units within metropolitan, regional, and remote settings.
Throughout her career, Vivianne has managed reputable and highly successful recruitment teams while personally leading executive search, technical hires, and high-volume campaigns. She is passionate about impact-driven business models, having led Regenerate Talent’s B Corp Certification journey, and outside the office enjoys exploring nature and spending time by the ocean.
MIKE ANTONIEVICH
Mike is a talent acquisition and executive search specialist focusing on the climate mitigation, renewable energy, and environmental sectors globally. Mike is a natural relationship builder who works closely with an ever-expanding client base to staff projects, build teams, and manage recruitment challenges. He has led CEO Executive Search campaigns through to graduate recruitment programs, and is connected to an extensive network of impact-driven professionals, technical experts, and business leaders globally.
An advocate of ecosystem regeneration, clean energy project development, and nature-based solutions, Mike holds a PGDip. Environmental Management from the University of New South Wales and a BA in Sociology from Auckland University of Technology. His love for the outdoors sees free time spent surfing, lowering his golf handicap, and escaping on family adventures.
Jan Rieche
For over 15 years, Jan has sourced some of the most important technical and managerial roles driving the Australian energy transition. With a global network spanning Europe, North America, and Australasia, Jan assists companies entering new markets, acquiring leaders, building teams, and scaling operations. He works closely with diverse organisations across the renewable energy, energy storage, green hydrogen, and engineering sectors, offering end-to-end recruitment and HR solutions. Jan has supported numerous large-scale solar, storage, and wind projects internationally, and regularly speaks and hosts debates around these topics at some of Australia's prime conferences and exhibitions.
Jan holds dual economics and marketing degrees, coupled with a Master’s in Political Economy from Sydney University. When Jan’s not busy with his energetic young family, he is pursuing a sustainable life off-grid.
