Regenerate Talent’s 3-year sustainability strategy

Our sustainability strategy establishes a clear roadmap for driving meaningful environmental and social impact. Over the next three years, this strategy will:

  • Embed sustainability into our operations, decision-making, and partnerships.

  • Support ethical employment practices prioritising diversity, well-being, and long-term sustainability of the workforce.

  • Align with global sustainability standards and drive best practices in responsible business conduct.

  • Enhance transparency by tracking and communicating progress to stakeholders.

By taking a science-based and people-focused approach, this strategy will guide Regenerate Talent in making purposeful decisions, setting ambitious goals, and inspiring the next generation of professionals to build a more sustainable and equitable future.

Alignment with global sustainability standards

SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities: Make cities and communities inclusive, safe, resilient, and sustainable by improving infrastructure, promoting sustainable urban development, and ensuring access to essential services.

SDG 13: Climate Action: Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts by reducing carbon emissions, enhancing climate resilience, and supporting sustainable resource management..

Our achievements so far

Our B Corp Impact Assessment has been submitted, and we are progressing toward certification. We are also working toward Science-Based emissions reduction targets and sourcing electricity per Greenpeace’s Green Electricity Guide.

We encourage our team to prioritise personal and public transport, remote work, and local engagements. We also minimise plastic waste and water use wherever possible and offer employees two volunteer days annually for environmental or social causes.

We are selective in our partnerships, working only with clients who engage with multiple UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Our commitment to Country

  • Minimise environmental and ecological impact by prioritising responsible practices that support regeneration, circularity, and innovation

  • Environmental education - increase and track our annual spend on environmental education

  • Resource efficiency - increase our renewable energy usage, reduce our water usage, and reduce the percentage of waste diverted from landfill through circular initiatives

  • Emissions reduction - establish a baseline footprint and continue to track our scope 1,  2 and 3 emissions

Our commitment to Community

  • Contribute to the improvement of local social conditions by ensuring a living wage is paid to employees and subcontractors

  • Contribute to our local and global community through philanthropic endeavours and community pro bono spend

  • Build a team of knowledgeable sustainability-focused employees that will drive industry change and educate our community

Looking ahead

In FY26, we are committed to diligently advancing our science-aligned emissions reduction targets, ensuring our sustainability efforts drive meaningful impact. A key milestone on this journey is achieving B Corp certification, realising a long-held ambition that reflects our dedication to social and environmental responsibility.

Once certified, we will use our B Corp score as a benchmark for continuous improvement, setting clear goals to enhance our performance year after year. By embedding these commitments into our strategy, we aim to strengthen our positive impact and drive lasting change.

We are committed to embedding ethical labour practices, environmental responsibility, and employee wellbeing into our operations. By the end of 2025, we will implement a Code of Conduct with a Modern Slavery Policy, to ensure all staff and subcontractors receive a living wage and offer career support to underrepresented candidates.

Our focus on sustainability includes emissions reduction, a sustainable travel policy, and integrating environmental education into our platform. With a strong commitment to people and the planet, we are building a future where work is both meaningful and responsible.
